What to expect in a session.

Sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes long. We start with the basics, then let the rest of the session follow what your body is showing us.

Start with the basics.

Starting with the form you filled out, we'll talk about any physical issues you have, how you're feeling emotionally, and what you want to get from the session.

See how the body is moving.

Next, I'll have you walk and do a few simple movements so I can see how your joints are working and check for any tightness, restrictions, or imbalances.

Follow what comes up.

After that, the rest of the session depends on what we talked about. It will usually include guided stretching and movement, simple breathing exercises, and body work to release tension and feel more connected to your body.

Ending quietly.

We finish by tapering off slowly into a few quiet minutes so you can rest and focus on centering yourself before you leaving.
